Terms of Service

Welcome to Manyou. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Manyou mobile application and related services (the "App"), provided by Hello Juggler LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You specifically agree not to:

• Use the App to photograph or record artifacts, exhibits, or individuals where prohibited by the venue's rules or applicable law. It is your responsibility to respect venue photography policies before using the App in any location.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying AI models of the App.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App or scrape content.
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with usage limits, entitlement checks, authentication mechanisms, or security features of the App.
• Use the App in a manner that degrades, impairs, or overburdens our servers or infrastructure.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The audio narratives and educational content provided by the App are generated in real time using artificial intelligence models. While we strive for factual accuracy and engaging storytelling:

• AI-generated narratives may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, misattributions, or omissions.
• Content provided by the App is for educational and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as definitive scholarly or historical authority.
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any narration or content generated by the App.

4. In-App Purchases and Passes

The App offers paid access tiers via In-App Purchases:

• 1-Day Passes: Provide access for a continuous 24-hour period from the moment of purchase and do not automatically renew.
• Payment Processing: All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
• Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Apple's standard refund policies and must be requested directly through Apple.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

Our Property: The App, including its design, code, branding, and visual assets, is the exclusive property of Hello Juggler LLC.

Your Photos: You retain ownership of any photos you take using the App. You grant us a license to process and cache exhibit images to generate your tour, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Generated Narratives: AI-generated narratives and audio files produced during your sessions are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HELLO JUGGLER LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
